Premarin?

The picture above is of some horses in stalls at a Premarin farm. Premarin  is broken down as (PREgnant MARes uRINe). It is a medicine for women. The horses are in horrible care. They are pregnant throughout this time, they are forced to stand the last six months of their pregnancy in a very small stall. When the mares are at full term and about to give birth they are let out to have the foal, and soon after they will be forced to become pregnant and go through it again. When the mare has her foal, they are kept together for a while and then, more times than less, there foals are stripped from there moms and sent off to slaughter houses. If they don’t go to slaughter houses, they go to auctions or sold for meat. A filly (baby girl) has only one in ten chance of not going to a slaughter house and a colt (baby boy) only has one in fifty of not going to a slaughter house. The horses are confined often with almost a hundred other mares. Almost every farm has a respiratory problem and there stalls are never cleaned. Their legs get swollen from standing all of the time and from standing in the feces. This may not have much to do with slaughter houses besides the poor foals but it is still cruel. It is so stressful for the mares, that it makes there foals very scared there whole life, and then they get killed. It is unfair and needs to be stopped.
